Then you can judge for yourself the efforts of the instructor. He talked with me on the phone, and through IM, and through e-mail, and he was affordable. He did not talk down to me, he was respectful, and kind, there were no harsh words. There was no beratement. There was no comparing of my work to others, he explicitly focused on me improving.
